SHIPPING POLICY

Cricelli Jewellers products are hand crafted to order and can take up to 7 business
days to manufacture condition permitting. If you require a faster dispatch please
contact us at sales@cricellijewellers.com.au prior to making your purchase and we
will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once you have completed your online order and payment has been processed, it is
packaged and dispatched. An email notification will be sent to you providing a
tracking number so you can monitor your consignment’s journey.

Please note: Cricelli Jewellers is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-
party postal or courier companies.

We kindly ask our customers to carefully check delivery information is entered
correctly as Cricelli Jewellers will not be held liable for any errors.

Orders are shipped through Australia Post and signature on delivery is required.
Cricelli Jewellers will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as
delivered.

ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer complimentary express shipping for orders over $600AUD.
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post to ensure you receive your order
in 1-3 business days.

All orders under $600AUD will incur a $15AUD flat rate delivery fee.

All orders require signature on delivery.
Items will be manufactured as per your order. You will be consulted if problems
arises that deviates from the order. Accordingly they are not returnable nor
refundable once delivery is accepted

AVALIABLE NOW

Orders are subject to stock availability. If items ordered through our online store are
no longer available or in the event that we are unable to fulfil your order, Cricelli
Jewellers will notify you to arrange an agreeable alternative solution.

You may wish to view an item at our retail store, located at 76 Ramsay Street
Haberfield, 2045.

Please note that items discounted online, may not apply to items in store.
Orders processed before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the
same day as practically possible. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a
public holiday, will be processed the following business day.

RETURNS POLICY

At Cricelli Jewellers we take pride in creating beautiful hand-crafted jewellery.

You will be eligible for a refund if goods purchased are faulty. All returns are subject
to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. Refunds
will be credited to your original method of payment. We do not issue refunds for
change of mind, incorrect purchase or made to order and customised products.

Our credit notes are issued as gift vouchers and are valid for a period of 3 months.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Please note we do not accept returns when items are not returned in original
packaging, an order includes earrings, if the item is personalised or a custom order
and if items are returned outside the specified return timeframe.

Should any of the above occur, Cricelli Jewellers will not accept the return and will
contact the customer to arrange a return at the customer’s expense.

Returns are at the expense of the customer and it is the responsibility of the
customer to ensure goods are successfully delivered to Cricelli Jewellers.

PRIVECY POLICY

Cricelli Jewellers in accordance with privacy requirements will not release any
confidential information to any third party.
